MorMe Prosthetics is a UK-based enterprise launched in 2022. We create handcrafted, hyper-realistic silicone prostheses with all the life and feels of the real thing. At MorMe, we believe everybody deserves to feel more like themselves — to feel more me.
We aim to soothe anxiety and inspire feelings of euphoria with our products by making them as lifelike and as close to you as possible.
By using digital sculpting and 3D printing methods, we're able to make unlimited design alterations and refinements, meaning we can focus on perfecting the details that matter to you most.
MorMe wouldn't exist without the help of our growing community and their willingness to share their stories with us. So in keeping with this ethos, we would like to share a bit about ourselves and offer a brief history of how we came to make this our business.
Firstly, my name is Will (he/him). I’m married with three young children. I live in a small market town outside of Blackpool, England and I made a living designing and sculpting humorous prostheses with my business, Billy’s Ball Bags full time since 2017.
It wasn’t until 2015, after a decade of working in 3D character animation, that I stumbled into the world of prosthetics (while planning a stag do, of all things!).
Led by public demand, Billy’s Ball Bags took its first baby steps on Etsy in 2015. Its growth has been organic, with TV spots and social media playing a huge part in its success.
The decision to go full-time with Billy’s Ball Bags was made for me when, in 2017, they featured in a video made by an internet prankster that reached 80 million views on Facebook alone!
From the beginning of Billy's Ball Bags, people have been reaching out to me with requests for products that are more anatomically correct. Often to replace something they've lost or fill a void they’ve carried their whole life.
In 2019, I received an email from a young cisgender man who had undergone surgery to remove his testicles. He wanted to know if I offered any products that were more anatomically accurate. At the time, I didn't, and he decided to order one of our regular ball bags – which measure 24cm in length!
Curious, I asked him how he intended to use it. He was surprisingly open about his intentions to modify it for everyday use.
Research revealed that prostheses on the market either lacked realism or were unduly expensive. The absence of any notable UK suppliers left many people with few to no options at all.
I was confident I could help. I felt it was time to start pushing the limits of how lifelike our range of prostheses could be and re-assessing who could benefit from them most.
Hello! I'm Sophie - a cis woman who also happens to be Will's (much) younger sister.
Before joining MorMe I had my own business - a small cafe in my home town, where I worked for over a decade. Will and I had often talked about how working together would be great for both of us (despite the risks of working with family!), so when I decided to close my business it was the perfect opportunity to make the leap, and I joined MorMe full time in 2022.
I could be described as an 'all-rounder' with a general creative flare - I love reading, art and design, sewing and DIY - in my spare time you'll find me attempting something creative!
I studied Psychology and Counselling at University and have a passion for research and the human mind. I've already learnt so much in this role and I hope to utilise this experience for good in the future, but in the meantime I am really enjoying being part of such a genuine and kind community.
I am based in the Midlands with two sweet little spaniels to keep me company, but try to make trips up to the office to spend time with the rest of the team as often as possible.

Hello! I'm Billy, I joined the team shortly after the launch, in 2022. As soon as I met Will and found out about MorMe, I knew I had to be part of this and making a difference for the Trans+ community.
I live with my Fiancée, our dog, cat, and 3 whites tree frogs. When I'm not working I love to spend my time out and about finding new places to explore & food to try. I also love spending time with my family, binging TV shows, and playing on my PlayStation.
I love a challenge and will try my hand at almost anything. MorMe has given me the opportunity to explore a creative side to myself that I'd never really tapped into. Creating these products and helping people is a real source of pride. I also really enjoy attending the different events we are able to get to and chatting anybody and everybody - please say hey if you see me!

Hey there! I'm Felix, I am a local trans artist from sunny Blackpool, and I run a small art print business called Boogie Prints. I have a major love for music from all times and genres. If I'm not creating art, playing Xbox, or even already talking your head off about anything that I can think of; you might be able to find me in my conservatory messing around with my guitar or drums.
About a year ago, I stumbled upon MorMe as I followed Billy on Instagram and we knew of each other but had never really spoken. The prosthetics left me completely speechless. (I think my first proper conversation with Billy was about the clip when it was released.. I was buzzin' about it!)
The innovation and impact they're making, I think is revolutionary. So, when I saw they were on the lookout for an extra set of hands, I jumped at the chance.
So here I am, finding myself incredibly privileged to be a part of the team and hope that with my own experiences and creative ideas I can help making a genuine difference to MorMe and the trans+ community.

Hi! I'm Olivia and I joined MorMe in February this year (2025!).
I came across the Prosthetics Artist position online, and after having read through the role and website, I was sold! I've always enjoyed trying my hand at DIY including sewing, casting resin, wax, and making jewellery. I love being out in the countryside, by the beach, martial arts, games, a good series/film, hitting the dance floor, food, photography, astrology, music, and time to relax.
I cherish my (huge) family and friends, and my furry little shadow, JB (my little black cat).
It's now almost April, I'm learning a lot and enjoying getting to know everyone - I can't wait to attend some events this year with the team, meet some of you hopefully, and have some fun while doing it!
